How long does a session last and what do you need to do?

A session lasts up to 45 minutes. During the session you lie on a treatment table fully clothed and relax. The practitioner will ask you when required to hold specific hand positions and to take long deep breaths whilst the Practitioner performs the ‘tapping’. It’s as simple and non-invasive as that!

It is advised that you wear loose fitting clothing made from natural fibres. Females are advised to wear trousers or shorts and not skirts.
