How Many Sessions Will I Need? The number of sessions required to achieve results will differ greatly from person to person. The longer you have been living an unhealthy lifestyle the more help you may need. Also, it is imperative to understand that we use a coaching model and achieving results requires you to make the necessary lifestyle changes. The more successful you are in making the changes, the less help you will need. As an example, if you decide to take the Pain Elimination Programme, you will receive 20 hours of our expertise in the first 6 months. 8. Am I covered under medical insurance? No. The C.H.E.K and BodyTalk systems are so cutting edge the insurance industry is yet to catch up. In addition, we do not use a ‘this for that’ menu system that is often required for insurance purposes. We match the solutions to the person, not to the symptoms. This is why we are so successful. What we have discovered amongst some medically qualified Practitioners is that clients who pay privately for their appointments achieve better results than those who have medical insurance. This is believed to be due to higher levels of programme adherence and responsibility taken by the client. It is essential for anyone wishing to improve their health or performance that they take responsilibility for their own health and not rely on someone else to give it to them. We coach you, so YOU achieve your results. Handing over responsibility for your health to someone else is likely to lead to disappointment. 9. What are your opening hours? We see clients from 9am-6pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday Initial Consultation & ‘Results’ Programme Answers: 1. What's included in The Initial Consultation? We will establish your goals and outline your current condition and challenges. You will be shown a report on 28 different organ, endocrine and other bodily systems and the level of balance in each system. Once your goals and challenges have been fully understood, the best options for you will be presented and referrals to other professionals may be advised if appropriate. You will then decide what actions to take to achieve your desired results and a plan will be devised. 2. Who are the Initial Consultations suitable for? Initial Consultations are suitable for those who are ready to make a serious commitment to their health. They are also suitable for those who wish to find out why their current efforts are failing, what is causing their current problems and what they can do to achieve their goals. 3. Where can I have an Initial Consultation? In our private studio in Central London, or from anywhere in the world via webconferencing, Skype or telephone. 4. What Guarantees can you give? If you follow our recommendations to the letter, you are very likely to achieve the agreed results set out in your initial consultation. If not, we’ll give you your money back. We do not deal in quick fixes, therefore realistic goals are set. Most clients achieve their ideal goals within 6 months to 2 years depending on their initial condition and adherence to the programme. 5. I can’t get to London often, does this matter? No. We have a number of clients from all over the U.K., Europe and U.S.A. Physical assessments must be performed in person. If you can’t get to London, I may be able to travel to you (for an extra fee) or refer you to a colleague in your area. All nutrition and lifestyle consultations can be carried out via teleconferencing, Skype, telephone and email. Where ever you are in the world, we can help you. As we use a coaching approach, it is not necessary to have multiple regular visits. 6. What do I have to wear? When having a C.H.E.K assessment and receiving an exercise programme, men are required to wear ‘running style shorts’ and women are to wear a ‘crop style top’ and a ‘pair of short leggings.’ This is so we can fully assess your posture, spine, joint stability, abdominal muscles and lower limb joints. 7. Why are the Programmes 6 months in length? We will only work with those who are serious about their health and fitness. Our most successful clients have worked with us for at least 6 months. Experience has shown us that results normally take at least 6 months of sensible lifestyle change. Quick-fix solutions tend not to last and are quite often detrimental to your long term health. 8. How can I get started?
