Symptoms Are Just the Tip of The Iceberg

We grow up believing that when we are not unwell, we are healthy. However, in reality there is a large gap between optimal health and vitality and ill-health.

In fact, most disease processes take 15-20 years to develop. Symptoms are merely one of the final stages of the disease process. If you already have the symptoms, the body's fundamental metabolic control systems have been out of balance for some time and are now demanding attention.

Symptoms are just the tip of the health iceberg.

4. Impregnation:

  • The enzyme pathways of the cells are being interfered with and energy pathways are being upset.

5. Cell Degeneration:

  • Organs may now need to be removed

6. Neoplasm:

  • Cancer, the body is in the process of being recycled.

To achieve optimal health, energy and vitality, you need to consistently:

  • Think right
  • Breathe right and reduce stress
  • Eat right for your type
  • Exercise right for you
  • Drink plenty of good water
  • Get plenty of good quality sleep.
