here's how you can achieve your goal:
Step 1: Contact us here and arrange a mutually convenient time for your initial consultation (which can be carried out on the phone or on Skype). We will send you our Health Appraisal questionnaires which you will be required to complete and return to us 3 days prior to your consultation for analysis.
Step 2: Attend your consultation (in person or on the phone or Skype), where you will agree challenging yet realistic long and short-term goals. You will be shown why you are not performing to your potential or why you have recurring injuries. You’ll then decide which ‘Performance’ Programme would be ideal to guarantee you achieve your sporting goals.
Step 3: Begin your ‘Performance’ Programme, begin your periodised training plan, improve your lifestyle to increase recovery from training and competition, receive support all the way and raise your game to new levels.

What's included in each Performance Programme?
The Performance Programme includes:
- 2 Metabolic Typing® Tests
- 1 x 1 hour ‘Results’ Session
- 8 x 30 minutes nutrition & lifestyle coaching sessions
- Unlimited email support over the 6 months.
- Laboratory tests (food sensitivities, digestive, immune and hormonal) and supplementation protocols may be required to ensure success and are not included as part of the programme, but can be added as an optional extra.
- 2 Phases of physical assessments, exercise program design and exercise coaching over a 6 month period:
- Phase I includes:
- A thorough 2-4 hour physical assessment, exercise programme design including an annual plan, exercise coaching, a manual with your exercise, nutrition and lifestyle guidelines to follow whilst on the programme, your exercise programme is recorded onto DVD for you to take away to enable you to remember how to perform your workout perfectly when you exercise without our supervision.
- Phase II includes:
- A 2 hour physical assessment, exercise programme design, exercise coaching, programme manual and DVD recording of your stretching and strengthening exercises.
The Performance Plus Programme includes:
- A Phase III, which includes:
- Everything in the Pain Elimination programme, plus
- An extra 1-2 hour physical assessment, exercise programme design, exercise coaching, programme manual and DVD recording of your stretching and strengthening exercises.
