    The ‘Take Control – Health & Lifestyle Programme’

    What is included in the programme?

    • Eight educational presentations given via web-conferencing to give you the information you need to be successful.
    • Seven group coaching web-conference calls to ensure you can seamlessly incorporate the lifestyle changes into your busy schedule and plan for and overcome challenges along the way.
    • A Metabolic Typing® test to find out which foods are right for your biochemical individuality.
    • “How to Eat, Move & Be Healthy!” book, by Paul Chek to guide you along the way and to give you further technical and practical details of the information taught on the programme
    • “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, Audio CD, by Stephen Covey to help guide you through the required lifestyle changes and overcome any challenges you may face.
    • “Take Control” Workbook to help you to plan and log your activities and progress as you work through the programme.

    How does it work?

    • Each week, you take part in an online presentation or group coaching web-conference call
    • You use a Skype™ style head-set to listen in.
    • All presentations and calls are recorded. If you can’t make a particular presentation or conference call, you can download them and play them back in your own time.
    • You’ll be given five simple tasks to complete after each presentation to implement into your lifestyle.
    • If you have any challenges implementing the lifestyle changes, you have the opportunity to ask the programme presenter to help coach you through the changes during the group coaching call to ensure your success.

    Dates:

    • Every Monday at 7-8pm (UK time) from 1st February - 10th May 2010

    How many people can take part?

    • The maximum number of participants in this programme is 25 to ensure enough attention can be given to participants in the group coaching calls.

    15 hours of Leigh’s time in individual consultations can cost over £1,800. The ‘Take Control’ Programme when delivered to a live audience was £495. Due to the opportunity to help a wider audience online, we have been able to reduce the price to an amazing £295. That’s less than £20 per week for one of the U.K’s leading health and performance coaches.
