In this post, I want to share with you one method I use… meditation… and in particular the form of meditation I use, Vipassana!
Now, I don’t think everyone should do the same style of meditation, I think you need to find the style that works for you. It took me about 12 years of different methods before I found Vipassana that I had now been doing for 3 or 4 years every day.
I found this guided meditation helped me improve my Vipassana practise despite being relatively experienced.
So if you are looking to destress, boost your immune and stay healthy, then this is an album I would highly recommend even if you’ve never tried meditation before.
