Following on from the CHEK Conference at Surrey Sports Park in Guilford, Surrey, I attended a meeting in Oxford for all European CHEK Faculty and CHEK Mentors.
Paul Chek, his wife Penny, and Gavin Jennings Global Director of Education for the CHEK Institute updated us all on what is coming up from the CHEK Institute over the next 2-3 years.
It is certainly very exciting times ahead. I just need to make sure I get enough rest between seeing clients and presenting for the Institute so I deliver each and every time.
After the meeting I came back to London and worked with clients for two days.
On Friday I finished early and managed to buy myself a native american drum. I’ve wanted one for some time now, so now I can begin annoying my neighbours. Just kidding, I’m looking to start a drum circle in London, so if anyone is interested, please let me know.
I returned to Oxfordshire to attend two days of the Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Level 3 course that Paul Chek was teaching. I originally took the course in 2006 in Denmark, but it is always great to review material and every time I see Paul Chek speak I ALWAYS learn something.
It was a fantastic weekend and an amazing group of students. We also helped Paul celebrate his 53rd birthday with a team Mandala and two renditions of happy birthday including Stevie Wonder’s version to which the whole class danced to. I think Paul was very please to see the students drawing, singing and dancing.
I headed home on Sunday night and took Monday off to relax and recover before getting back to seeing clients on Tuesday.
