I am very pleased to say that we have a new PA here at BodyCHEK. Her name is Bridget Coates.
Bridget comes with a wide background of skills. Bridget was a dancer in her younger days, but has also worked in retail as well as the service industries. Bridget’s previous roles have included receptionist, sales, management, travel consultant, office management and administration.
Bridget was trained in ballet and also enjoys aerobics, yoga and Zumba. She also enjoys healthy eating and dining out. Bridget really enjoys interacting with people, helping others and sharing information. All qualities that will be very useful for our clients.
