How to Overcome Digestive Issues & Constipation

 

If you’re suffering from digestive issues, such as bloating, wind, pain, diarrhoea and/or constipation, not only can it be painful, embarrassing and frustrating, but also worrying that something more serious could be brewing underneath. Often times, people with digestive issues often suffer from lethargy or chronic fatigue and often times a skin condition, such as eczema, acne or psoriasis.

In addition to working with people with pain and sports injuries, I do a lot of work with people who have digestive issues as described above. In fact, I was constipated for the first 35 years of my life and didn’t even realise. How could that possibly be??? Well, as I had a bowel movement every day, I didn’t realise I had a problem. I thought it was normal to take 30-minutes for a bowel movement. I used to get into trouble with my bosses as they thought I was avoiding work and I couldn’t understand why they thought it was unreasonable to take 30-minutes to go to the toilet, I didn’t know any different.

In addition to the symptoms listed above, it is also important to understand that with these types of conditions, you can cause the following:
