I hear you. Life is busy, money is tighter, and health doesn’t pause while we figure things out. My job is to make change easier—not add friction. That’s why I’ve simplified my coaching so you can start with confidence, build momentum, and continue only if it’s right for you.


Why I changed things

Over the past year I’ve heard a consistent message: people want a thorough, root-cause approach, but big commitments can feel heavy—especially in today’s economy. I’ve simplified my coaching to make it easier to begin without watering down the depth of care.

My goals:

  • Lower the barrier to start (fewer hurdles, more momentum).
  • Keep the method strong (clear milestones, real accountability).
  • Offer a simple path to continue if you want to build on the first phase.

What’s new (and simpler)

  • Three programme lengths: 3, 6, and 12 months (previously a 6-month minimum).
  • Flexible payments: monthly or pay-in-full; longer commitments reduce the monthly amount.
  • One-step upgrades: start with 90 days; if you want to continue, use a simple “Top-Up”—a one-time payment that moves you into 6 or 12 months without refunds or admin gymnastics.

Two clear tracks to choose from

1) From Pain to Performance

For people who want to get out of pain or perform at their best.

  • In-person movement assessment and exercise/technique coaching form the foundation.
  • Weekly online nutrition & lifestyle coaching.
  • Emotion Code is delivered online.
  • Optional in-person hands-on manual therapy when clinically indicated.
  • Functional lab testing available (labs billed separately).

2) Clear, Calm & Energised

For persistent pain, digestion issues, skin concerns, and related health challenges.

  • Focused on online nutrition & lifestyle coaching and online Emotion Code.
  • Functional lab testing available (labs billed separately).
  • Optional in-person hands-on sessions if appropriate.

What stays the same

  • The same comprehensive method you know me for.
  • Weekly coaching and practical, step-by-step guidance.
  • Clear milestones (typically every ~8 weeks) so progress is visible and decisions are easy.

How upgrades work (the “Top-Up”)

If you start with a 90-day programme and want to continue, you pay a one-time Top-Up to lock in your longer plan. Your current programme runs to its end; the longer one starts the day after. No refunds or credits needed—clean and simple.


Logistics at a glance

  • In person (Hertfordshire): movement assessments, technique sessions, and any hands-on manual therapy.
  • Online: nutrition & lifestyle coaching and Emotion Code.
  • Cancellation: 24-hour policy—late cancellations/no-shows are deemed used.
  • Labs: optional and billed separately; I interpret results within your programme.
