It’s been a little while since I last blogged as it has been very busy here at BodyCHEK. So what has been going on?
At the end of May, I completed the ‘Upper Extremity’ module of Active Release Technique®. It was a really great course and I have already helped a number of people with neck, shoulder and elbow pain using the techniques from the course.
Then after after the course and with just 3 hours sleep, I then went on holiday for a week to Corfu and it was really great to relax and let my hair down (not that I have much hair). I had an amazing time, met some great people and heard some fantastic music at The Summer Breeze Festival.
On my return from Corfu, I got back to working with clients for a few days, then I was off again, teaching CHEK Exercise Coach at CHEK Europe HQ in Lancashire. I had a small group of students from Scotland, Bulgaria, Finland and Qatar, but as always they were a very bright bunch and did very well on the course.
This week I have been putting the final pieces into place for our 21 Day Fat Loss Challenge which starts next week, which has kept Bridget and I very busy.
I am also preparing for a lot of teaching and presenting over the next 3 months, including an ‘Anatomy & Physiology’ workshop, & ‘CHEK Practitioner Level 1’ at CHEK Europe, Lancashire, ‘Fit Pro Convention’ at Excel, London, ‘The CHEK Conference’ at Surrey Sports Park, Surrey, and ‘The Inspire Convention’, Denmark.
I’m also going to take a few days out to sit in on The CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Level 3 course near Oxford (which I originally took in 2006) and attend ‘Beyond Self Sabotage’ course with John McMullin in Coventry.
Last and not least, if you’re not already aware I am offering Active Release Technique® (ART®) treatments for just £40 for a limited time. I really want people to experience this treatment as I have seen some dramatic changes in people, including a large reduction in pain in just a few treatments. If you want to secure an ART® treatment at this amazing rate, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Until next time…
