This is always a good time of year to sit back, reflect and look forward to the coming New Year.

We all know that those who have the most in life are those who set goals. I have set my goals for 2007 and it looks like being a great year.

My professional goals are to help at least 100 people to lose weight, eliminate pain, improve health or their sports performance. In my line of work 100 is a lot. However, a goal has to be challenging to get you out of bed each day all fired up and ready to go.

I plan to do this through my current advertising campaign, my new PR campaign which is due to start shortly and from referrals from successful clients of mine and other health professionals. About 70-80% of my business is through referrals so if you know anyone who may need my help, please pass on my details.

In my studies, I plan to complete my CHEK training in February in sunny San Diego. I also plan to complete BodyTalk Module 3 in Miami in April and attend the BodyTalk Conference in Clearwater Florida in August.

On a personal note, I plan to continue to improve my tennis and increase my ranking by one place. In the gym I plan to achieve a 120kg deadlift, a 105 kg front squat and a 30kg chin up. As I am approaching the big ’40’, it is also time to meet that special ‘lovely lady’ who will be crazy enough to put up with me. Oh yes, I nearly forgot, I also wish to be driving a Nissan 350Z (Gun Metal Grey with Alezan Orange Leather Interior) by the end of the year.

So there are my goals for 2007. Have you set yours yet?
