Understanding the Core workshop took place this weekend and was a very enjoyable experience for all, including me!
I had a small group, so I was able to give each person more specific time which I know they really appreciated. It is very rewarding for me to see personal trainers improve greatly before my eyes.
The students had a great attitude and were very keen to learn and keen to give everything a go. I am so lucky to earn a living from doing things that I love to do.
I am now preparing for the next workshop which will take place in May.
