As stated in my last post, an increased risk of cancer has been linked with obesity.

For more and more people, controlling weight is becoming a major challenge. With an abdundance of poor quality food available and less and less activity in our daily lives, many people are finding it difficult to find the answers.

In my practise over the last 7 seven years I have been using techniques that have enabled many people to achieve weight loss goals that they didn’t believe were possible.

The basis is very simple. It includes teaching people to use the Foundational Principles of Health.

These include:

  1. Positive Thoughts
  2. Breathing Correctly
  3. Hydration
  4. Eating right for their Metabolic Type
  5. Exercise
  6. Sleep Patterns

For some clients, I may also use sports massage, BodyTalk and lab testing for parasites, bacteria, fungus and intolerances.

Once these principles are put into practise, people’s weight normalises. It is a simple matter of getting the body to work as nature intended.

As cancer and obesity is becoming more prevelant these days, following the foundational principles not only adds years to your life, but also adds life to your years.
