It’s been a while since I first posted about my shoulder and knee injuries.

3 Point AlphabetSince then, I have been carrying out two to three corrective exercises programmes in the gym each week. I have been getting to bed a little earlier than usual. This week I am averaging over 9.5 hours of sleep per night, getting to sleep between 9.15pm and 10pm, when growth hormone levels peak.

Currently, I have no shoulder pain and I haven’t felt any knee pain for a few weeks, but it still feels a little weak. I still feel that it needs a little more time to heal, before I increase the intensity too much.

Fitness stretching 294As of next week, I will be moving into a phase of muscle hypertrophy (building) training, which I plan to be in for eight weeks.
