OK, it has been 7 days since I began the parasite cleanse and I just wanted to update you on my week’s experience.
I certainly feel an uplift in energy despite working some very long days and travelling up and down the country.
Without going into too much detail, my bowel movements have increased in frequency, which is a good thing as it is ensuring the movement of any waste build-up caused by any parasites being killed off.
My skin feels different. I’m not sure how to describe it. It’s almost as if it feels cleaner. But it feels good!
I’m slightly getting used to the disgusting taste of the drops, but hey, it’s only 5 more weeks to go.
A colleague has also started the parasite cleanse and in his first week, he reports losing 2.5 kilos in weight.
So, apart from the taste, it’s all good feedback up to now.
