Finally, I came to the final day of my Parasite Cleanse.
It’s certainly been an experience, but not that difficult to do. The only difficult things were the taste of the formulas and the ‘die off’ reactions, which for me were flu-like symptoms. Oh, and the extra visits to the toilet each day.
Following on from the parasite cleanse, I will be doing a six-day Liver/Gall Bladder Flush.
