We hear all the time in the media that you have to exercise more and eat less to lose weight. This is not always true.

In fact, eating less and exercising more can keep your bum looking big.

How does that work I hear you say?

Well, our bodies are still hard-hired the same way they were when we were living in the wild in the times before running water, electricity, cars, bricks and mortar and weapons of mass destruction.

In the wild our bodies were always alert in case of predators and potential animal food. If confronted by a tiger, we would need to react very quickly to avoid being eaten. In essence we would have to move very quickly to avoid becoming the main course of the day.

To enable us to move quickly, the Hypothalamus in the brain releases corticotropin releasing factor (CRF) to the Pituitary Gland which then stimulates Adrenocorticotropic Hormone (ACTH) to be released. This hormone is sent to other glands and when it reaches the Adrenal Cortex, the Adrenal gland releases Cortisol into the body.

Stay tuned to find out how this natural essential response could be making your bum look big and what you can do to get nice firm buns…
