In Part 1 of this blog, I discussed the different types of parasites that infect humans and what affects they can have on our health.

As parasites are so prevalent, it is prudent to have a parasite cleanse once per year. It is relatively un-invasive and easy to do. There are a number of different Parasite Cleanses you can do and some are better than others.
On Tuesday, I began a Herbal Parasite Cleanse Formula by Coryn’s Herbaria. It comes with 3 Formulas, A, B and C and a Colon Cleanse.

I started on Formula A, which is taken 30-minutes prior to breakfast and 30-minutes prior to dinner.  I am also taking the Colon Cleanse Formula capsules after breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I have to say, Formula A is the most distgusting taste I have ever tasted and I think it would be a great tool for anyone wanting to win a Gurning competition. However, I’m not taking the formulas for the taste.

What would you rather have, the bad tasting formula or the parasites?

In addition to doing a parasite cleanse, it is also important to follow a healthy lifestyle as I normally advocate in my blogs. Failure to do so, will reduce your chances of getting rid of the parasites or leave you open to re-infection.

I’m on day 4 of the parasite cleanse now, and I can say I have noticed changes in my bowel movements and energy levels. I’ll keep you posted of any events as they happen, but not too much detail for those of you who are a little squeamish.

Until next time…
