Two years ago, I severely ruptured two discs in my lower back (see my MRI scans below), leaving me in pain, unable to sit, walk without a severe limp, get in a car, put my own socks on and definitely couldn’t workout or play sport. I also suffered from numbness and frequent cramping down my left leg.



Almost exactly two years later, I thought I’d shoot a 60-second┬ávideo clip of me playing tennis to show and hopefully inspire people as to what is possible when you have the right knowledge, skill and motivation to get out of pain and get back to doing the things you love to do in life without restriction.
